Nickelodeon International is launching the Nella the Princess Knight: Kingdom Adventure app across 150 countries featuring a suite of games in 12 languages. The games are based on social-emotional lessons taught in the Nick Jr. series and aim to promote self-confidence, inclusiveness and kindness.
The games also involve math, creative problem-solving and the development of fine motor skills like Hide and Seek, where players have to find Nella and her friends with the help of the light emitted by her sword.
Nickelodeon created the app in partnership with Milan-based educational developer Colto. The team worked closely with the people behind the corresponding Nella the Princess Knight series and received feedback from kids through game testing. It is free to download on the iTunes Store and Google Play in more than 150 countries and available in Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, European Spanish, Latin-American Spanish, Swedish, British English and Brazilian Portuguese.
