San Francisco-based kids digital content provider Fingerprint has secured a raft of deals bringing 1,500 third-party learning episodes and shorts to its ever-expanding video offering.

Popular children’s programs heading to the tech company include Discovery Kids’ Animal Planet’s Most Outrageous (pictured), Lionsgate’s Inspector Gadget, Sesame Workshop’s Play With Me Sesame and Corus/Nelvana Treehouse series Franklin.

For web series, the provider has snapped up Om Nom Stories Around the World, Eddie is a Yeti, Story Bots and Food Science from on-demand kids entertainment service Toon Goggles.

As for app content, Tinybop’s STEM and creativity apps Simple Machines, The Earth and The Weather have been added, as well as several Peppa Pig apps from Entertainment One.

Fingerprint has also acquired Radio Disney and North Pole Radio from iHeartRadio’s iHeartRadio Family, plus eBooks from Oceanhouse Media including Green Eggs and Ham, Hop on Pop, The Cat in the Hat and Oh! The Places You’ll Go!.

Additional TV series signed by the company include Chasing Nature, Science of the Movies and Stuff Happens with Bill Nye from Discovery Kids, Care Bears, Arthur, Strawberry Shortcake and Leapfrog Letter Factory from Lionsgate and Franny’s Feet, Anatole, and Pecola from Corus Entertainment/Nelvana’s Treehouse.

The new deals see Fingerprint meet its 2016 goal of doubling its content library by 2017. Along with its newly announced brand and licensing partners, Fingerprint has agreements with 300 app developers in 60 countries around the world. It also recently inked a deal to send Hopster’s ad-free preschool content to the Samsung Kids app in the US.
