Hulu has acquired exclusive US SVOD rights to season one of DHX Media’s animated comedy Supernoobs.
Created by Scott Fellows (Johnny Test), the 2D-animated comedy was originally developed with, and commissioned by, Corus Entertainment for Teletoon. The 26 x half-hour series follows four 12-year-old friends who are accidentally recruited by an intergalactic alliance to stop an evil space-virus from spreading.
Supernoobs joins a collection of other DHX children’s shows currently on Hulu, including Dr. Dimensionpants and The Jim Henson Company’s Doozers, for which DHX provides production and animation services.
