Paris-based HARI International has struck a deal with Hunan TV in China to air its flagship series Grizzy and the Lemmings on Mango TV.

Available to 150 million Chinese children, VOD platform Mango TV airs some of the most popular shows in China, including Super Voice Girls, Happy Camp and Where Are We Going, Dad?

Commissioned by France Télévisions, non-verbal Grizzy and the Lemmings is currently in production on season two, which is set to air in 2018 on Turner’s Boomerang channels worldwide. Season one is already available on Turner Worldwide, Super RTL (Germany), VRT and RTBF (Belgium), NPO (Netherlands), NRK (Norway), SVT (Sweden), YLE (Finland), RUV (Iceland), RTP (Portugal), Puls TV (Poland), Modern Times Group (Latvia and Estonia), LRT (Lithuania), CESKA TV (Czech Republic), Pop (Slovenia), Carousel (Russia) and Kids TV (Ukraine).

The sale to Hunan TV marks the toon’s foray into Asia—and comes as HARI International looks to bolster Grizzy’s L&M presence in the region.
