Nickelodeon is preparing to premiere its new buddy comedy Cousins for Life on January 5. Airing weekly on Saturdays, the live-action series focuses on a pair of 12-year-old cousins as they adjust to both families living under the same roof,  despite different upbringings.

The kidcaster has made the first three episodes available early, by releasing them now on VOD and Nick On Demand. After the linear debut, episodes will be available weekly on iTunes, Amazon, Xbox, Google Play, Vudu and PlayStation.

The new show comes as the kidcaster continues to bolster its portfolio of live-action scripted content by recruiting former Awesomeness exec Shauna Phelan as SVP of live-action scripted content, and commissioned another 10 episodes of its live-action series Henry Danger which is currently in its fifth season.
