Nearly four years in the making, Netflix’s Green Eggs and Ham animated adaptation from executive producer Ellen DeGeneres and creator Jared Stern will launch this fall. The series features a star-studded voice cast, including Adam Devine (Pitch Perfect, The Lego Batman Movie) and Michael Douglas (Ant-Man, Wall Street).

First announced in 2015, the series follows Sam I Am (Devine) and Guy Am I (Douglas) on a road trip to save an endangered animal from an evil collector. Rounding out the cast are Illana Glazer, Diane Keaton, Keegan-Michael Key, Eddie Izzard, Daveed Diggs, Tracy Morgan, John Turturro, Jillian Bell and Jeffrey Wright.

Green Eggs is co-produced by A Very Good Production, A Stern Talking To and Gulfstream Television, in association with Warner Bros. Animation, and distributed by Warner Bros. Television. The show’s additional EP’s include Stern, Warner Bros. Entertainment president Sam Register and Gulfstream TV’s Mike Karz.

In January 2018, Warner Bros. expanded its partnership with Dr. Seuss Enterprises to include the production of multiple Seussian feature films, including The Cat in the Hat, led by Warner Animation Group (WAG)—the animated film production arm of Warner Bros. Pictures—under the guidance of WAG EVP Allison Abbate. The company is currently building a team of writers, producers and directors for the projects.
