YouTube channel New Sky Kids is launching its own streaming service.
Drawing in viewers with original programming, the service will include new episodes from series like High Top Princess (pictured) and Little Heroes, which will premiere exclusively on the SVOD each week.
Accessible in the US, the streamer can be found through the channel’s website and the New Sky Kids app, which is available through iOS, AppleTV, Roku, Android and Amazon FireTV. New Sky Kids launched in 2014 and produces original digital series for kids such as Kid Ninja, Kids Kitchen, Treasure Hunter Kids, Little Princesses and Little Hero News.
The YouTube channel has more than two million subscribers and 1.5 billion views (half of which are from the US and half of which span more than 200 countries around the world).
The New Sky Kids streaming platform is available for US$5.99 per month or US$59 per year. Customers in the US can also try the streamer for a week-long free trial. The SVOD joins a raft of streaming efforts from the likes of Disney, Apple, WarnerMedia and NBCUniversal.
