Building its global sales team, Munich-based prodco Studio 100 Media has hired Vanessa Windhager as sales executive for global distribution. Reporting to Dorian Bühr, Studio 100’s head of global distribution, she starts in the role today with the remit of managing distribution in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

It also tapped Barbara Stephen as its CEO of content, responsible for managing the its development, investment, and animation production across its subsidiaries, including animation house m4e, Studio 100 Film and Studio Isar Animation in June.
All of these hires come after the studio brought on Martin Krieger as the new CEO, last July. Before he joined Studio 100, he was the content partnerships manager at YouTube Kids and Family, where he led the digital giant’s international growth.
