London-based Sutikki is embarking on a new path after several big exec changes, signing agreements with three partners to help with international growth.

Sutikki has joined forces with marketing agency Kids Industries, brand licensing agency The Point.1888 and media strategy company Rock Hill Media Ventures.

UK-based Kids Industries will develop a global brand strategy for all of Sutikki’s IPs, including Moon and Me (pictured) and Kuroba.

The Point.1888, meanwhile, will work with the prodco in the UK market, though neither company had provided details about the nature of the relationship at press time.

Finally, Keith Dawkins’ Rock Hill Media Ventures has been appointed as a strategic consultant for the US market. Dawkins will apply his expertise in kids content strategy, distribution and development to helping Sutikki expand its global footprint.

The new partnerships follows the departure of co-founders Andrew Kerr and Irene Weibel earlier this year. In the fall, Sutikki hired former NBCUniversal and eOne exec Hannah Mungo as its new CEO.
