Disney Television Animation is prepping a new animated preschool baking show called Alice’s Wonderland Bakery for Disney Junior.

Set to premiere in 2022, the adventure series inspired by Alice in Wonderland follows the titular character and her pals once more down the rabbit hole, where they create different dishes and learn about friendship. The first season’s episode count hasn’t been announced yet, but each one will feature two 11-minute stories.

Executive producer Chelsea Beyl (Doc McStuffins) is driving the production, along with co-executive producer and art director Frank Montagna (Elena of Avalor) and supervising director Nathan Chew (Elena of Avalor). John Kavanaugh (Sofia the First) is attached as songwriter and music director, and he’ll work with Matthew Margeson (Rocketman), who’s been tapped to compose original music for the series.

Alice’s Wonderland Bakery is the second cooking-themed show The House of Mouse has in the oven right now. In April, Disney Channel commissioned its first-ever baking competition series—Disney Magic Bake-Off is in production at Tastemade, which operates a network of food channels.
