Canal+ France has picked up animated adventure series Time Traveler Luke to launch this month on its TeleTOON+ and TeleTOON+1 linear channels, as well as across its SVOD services.

Barcelona-based distributor GoldBee set up the deal, which covers exclusive TV and SVOD rights in France for the 52 x 11-minute series co-produced by Korea’s Anyzac (Zombie Dumb), SK Broadband and Daewon Media and Malaysia’s Giggle Garage. The 3D-animated fantasy/adventure toon for six- to 10-year-olds centers around Luke—a bellboy and time traveler who goes on a quest to protect ancient relics and find his missing grandfather.

Broadcasters including Disney Channel, 1HDTV (Russia), CLS Media (Russia), KBS (Korea), TVP (Poland), Mediacorp (Singapore) and Smile TV (Greece) have already picked up the series, which premiered in 2020.
