The Australian toyco is building out its global management team with the addition of Steve Arkeveld as Moose Toys USA’s new general manager.

Based in LA, Arkeveld will start his new role on May 2, overseeing all facets of the US division’s business operations, including strategic planning and delivering against commercial targets.

Arkeveld has spent the last 16 years at Spin Master, where he held several leadership positions in the company’s operations, supply chain and mergers & acquisitions divisions. He also headed up Spin Master’s LA office.

Moose Toys’ IP portfolio includes Fall Guys plush, Akedo Warriors and Heroes of Goo Jit Zu action figures and surprise-box collectibles such as Treasure X. The toyco became the master toy partner for WildBrain Studios’ Strawberry Shortcake in September 2021, and has since released new playsets and scented collectible dolls for the IP.
