The EMEA and Australia/New Zealand are in Moonbug Entertainment’s sights for consumer products business development, and the company has recruited three new L&M execs to lead the charge.

Suzanne Larkin (pictured left) will build out the company’s fashion and home decor licensing presence in the two regions as softlines director. She joins Moonbug after a decade at Disney, where she was director of luxury and e-fashion products in EMEA.

Larkin is joined by fellow Disney alum Samar Selby (pictured middle), who has been named director of fast-moving consumer goods (which includes products like toiletries and food). Selby headed up Disney’s health & beauty business in EMEA as a licensing sales manager, and she will work in a similar capacity at Moonbug, focusing on new partnerships and programs.

Rounding out the threesome, Duncan Hamilton (pictured right) has been brought in as Moonbug’s head of publishing and new business development. Previously, he was senior director of international business development and publishing for EMEA and APAC at Paramount.

All three recruits are based in the UK and will report to Francesca Romana Gianesin, head of consumer products for EMEA and ANZ.

To help expand the reach of Moonbug’s content in EMEA specifically, the company upped Gina Costelloe to head of distribution and originals in the region on September 2. In the two years she has been at the company, Costelloe has inked broadcast deals with Disney+ EMEA for CG-animated preschool series Go Buster, as well as closing a package sale to the BBC for Blippi Wonders and Little Baby Bum
