Warner Bros. Discovery has assembled a new international leadership team for its consumer products business, integrating the previously autonomous Warner Bros. and Discovery teams.

The new structure will see one executive manage multiple international regions and portfolios, with a focus on building an international e-commerce business and broadening the reach of WBD’s franchises, including kids and family-skewing IPs from Cartoon Network and DC. Pam Lifford (pictured), president of WBD global brands, franchises and experiences, will lead the division.

Julian Moon, a 26-year WB veteran, will now serve as head of consumer products in EMEA and APAC. He was formerly VP of strategic planning, finance and operations at Warner Bros. Pictures.

Robert Oberschelp, who joined WB in 2019 after working in licensing and brand development positions at Disney and NBCUniversal, is now head of consumer products in North America. He will also continue to oversee global brand product, franchise management and marketing.

Three category-focused execs will now report to Oberschelp. Catherine Bachmaier continues to head up the company’s toys and licensed publishing business. Discovery Consumer Products alum Carolann Dunn will lead a new home, food and health & beauty category. And Jessica Elliot, WBD’s director of global brand product, takes on fashion, footwear and accessories.

In Latin America, Preston Lewis will stay on as head of consumer products in the region, working with Oberschelp to guide retail strategy and build retailer relationships across all of the Americas.

Former Apple exec Samantha Bushy, who joined Warner Bros. Discovery last year to head up its North America consumer products and e-commerce business, has been named head of global e-commerce. And Peter van Roden, SVP of global themed entertainment, will continue to oversee the company’s parks and attractions business, with all of Discovery’s experiences now falling under his remit.

These consumer products team changes come in the wake of WBD’s merger this spring and a raft of other consolidation efforts, including the merger of development and production teams working at Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios.
