Two former Little Dot Studios executives are reuniting for a new venture in Scotland.

Caitlin Meek-O’Connor and Mark MacDonald are launching a yet-to-be-named consultancy to offer their digital expertise to companies that want to grow their social presence.

The consultancy—which is open to working with media companies and any type of content owners—specifically wants to help clients capitalize on YouTube and unlock the full potential of the video-sharing platform.

Well-versed in social media and digital strategy, MacDonald brings experience as a former head of broadcast and family at Little Dot, where he rose up the ranks from 2013 to 2021. More recently, he served as the global head of social media for Banijay Entertainment until March.

Meek-O’Connor is coming off a one-year stint as the director of Night Train Media’s digital label (The Beast). Previously, she was the director of programming and acquisitions at Little Dot from 2017 to 2023. Earlier in her career, she also led acquisitions for companies like Beyond Distribution, Digital Rights Group and Mercury Media.

Little Dot is a digital studio and social media agency in London. It recently worked with Dr. Seuss Enterprises to help the brand build out a huge presence on YouTube.
