- Singapore’s Mediacorp has greenlit a fourth season of Omens Studios’ preschool series Leo the Wildlife Ranger that will roll out starting in Q2 2026. One of the pubcaster’s top-performing kids titles, this toon about a young boy on animal-centric missions has sold into more than 100 international territories to date.
- LA-based agency Global Merchandising Services has lined up a bunch of new licensees for viral IP Skibidi Toilet. Eyeing a 2026 retail launch, the North American program now includes Isaac Morris (master apparel), Funko (figures), NECA/Rubies (Halloween costumes) and Trends International (posters). And in EMEA, Aykroyds, Fashion UK and Van der Erve are on board as apparel partners, joining Stor (drinkware).
- Fred Rogers Productions is partnering with RWS Global to create a traveling zoo exhibit based on PBS KIDS show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. Bilingual experience “Daniel Tiger’s Grr-ific Day with You” will run in English and Spanish, starting at the Bronx Zoo in summer 2026 before heading to other zoos in the US. The exhibit includes educational wildlife facts, interactive play and photo opps with Daniel and his besties.
- Italy’s RAI has scooped up broadcast rights to Ronja, the Robber’s Daughter (Studio Ghibli/The Astrid Lindgren Company/Serious) from UK distributor Serious Kids, and plans to air the 26 x 26-minute toon on RAI Gulp and RAI Play later this fall. The pubcaster has also acquired a pair of specials from Lupus Films—The Ghastly Ghoul and We’re Going on a Bear Hunt—for its holiday programming schedule.
- British toy retailer The Entertainer has hooked up with Disney for two themed in-store campaigns that are coming up later this year—Disney Princess and Marvel Moment (September 11 to October 8) and Disney Holiday (December 4 to 30). The Mouse House is also sponsoring The Entertainer’s Christmas gift guide, which will feature key toy lines from the likes of Lilo & Stitch, Toy Story and Moana.
- Formula 1 has teamed up with home retailer Williams-Sonoma for a new Pottery Barn range of branded bedding, rugs, decor and accessories aimed at kids and teens. On a mission to age down its fanbase, F1 has also partnered with Disney and LEGO recently.
- Riyadh-based Steer Studios has signed on to develop a new Tom and Jerry mobile game under license from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. There are no details yet about the game itself, but it’s the second project for the fledgling developer, which debuted with a Grunt Rush action game for mobile devices earlier this year.
