  • Doug Bowser (pictured left) has decided to retire as Nintendo of America’s president and COO at the end of the year. Bowser has held this position for six years, helping the company sell more than 153 million Nintendo Switch units and overseeing the North American launch of Switch 2. Succeeding him is EVP of revenue, marketing and consumer experience Devon Pritchard (pictured right), who has worked at the gameco for 19-years.

  • MrBeast’s Beast Industries has named former NBCUniversal unscripted chief Corie Henson as president of Beast Industry Studios. This division of the YouTuber’s media empire oversees the core YouTube channels and its moves into longer-form content, such as Prime Video’s Beast Games competition series. Henson has worked on several major unscripted franchises, including Shark Tank, The Masked Singer, MasterChef, Wipeout and The Traitors.

  • Top Draw Animation has brought in former Mainframe Studios content SVP Gregory Little to serve as a senior business development executive. He will focus on hunting for more partnership opportunities with prodcos and other studios worldwide.

  • London-based Lupus Films has hired licensing veteran Pindy O’Brien to oversee L&M programs and brand development strategies for its specials based on classic picture book brands Mog and The Tiger Who Came to Tea. O’Brien will leverage her global network of licensees and agents from her time working on CP programs for Teletubbies and Bob the Builder to unlock new business opportunities for Lupus’s IPs.
