- Toys”R”Us (pictured) has expanded its partnership with Go! Retail Group to open seven new flagship locations and 11 seasonal holiday stores in different states across the US. This new agreement is in addition to the several holiday shops and one flagship store in Illinois that have already opened as part of the partnership. Following WHP Global acquiring Toys”R”Us in 2021, the retailer has shifted to a model where partners, like Go! Retail Group, license the brand for stores. Go! Retail Group first partnered with Toys”R”Us in 2023. Toys”R”Us filed for bankruptcy in the US back in 2017, and today the company has 1,560 stores in 35 countries and generates more than US$2 billion per year in global retail sales.

The line will also include four chapter books for fives to sevens, launching in November 2026 (LEGO Ninjago Riyu the Dragon, LEGO Ninjago Riyu the Dragon: Ninja in Training, LEGO City Game On: Donut Dash! and LEGO City Game On: Duck Race!). This marks the first time the two companies have collaborated to launch fiction books.
