  • Miraculous Corp has signed Jazwares as the exclusive master toy partner for the franchise it’s built around hit series Miraculous – Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. The multi-year agreement will start with a range of action figures, dolls, plush and playsets that will hit shelves worldwide in spring 2027. The Miraculous brand (pictured), already a billion-dollar consumer products business, is primed for even more growth in the next couple years, with season seven of Ladybug set to premiere in 2026, a spinoff on the way, and a theatrical film in development.

  • Serious Kids has picked up worldwide distribution rights to Irish studio Pictor Productions’ 2D-animated series Flix (26 x 11 minutes), which RTÉ commissioned. This first-ever animated adaptation of children’s author Tomi Ungerer’s work is a comedy about the only dog living in a town full of cats. It’s aimed at kids ages four to seven, and has two seasons under its belt. Season one (13 x 11 minutes) premiered in 2022, and ABC Australia picked it up before its release. Season two will launch on RTÉ in spring 2026.

  • CAKE has signed a broadcast deal with Warner Bros. Discovery that will land the first 13 episodes of Outfit7’s Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super preschool series on LatAm channel DKids in January. CAKE has previously sold the show to WBD in multiple territories, including Italy and South Korea, where it launched earlier this year. The 52 x 11-minute series, produced in partnership with Epic Story Media and ReDefine Originals, focuses on a team of superheroes.

  • Building on a recent holiday special reveal, Alphablocks and Blue Zoo Animation have expanded their partnership with K-pop group Fifty Fifty. In addition to their Making Christmas Magical special, the partners are launching two festive music videos on November 28: a fully animated video featuring the casts of Alphablocks, Numberblocks and Colourblocks, and a second vid in which Fifty Fifty performs their Christmas single “Cupid” live with Numberblocks graphics in the background. Alphablocks will also be adding a suite of downloadable crafts, printables and educational activities to the Blocks Universe website the same day.

  • Miko has inked an advertising deal to promote its same-name AI robot for kids to iHeartMedia’s roughly 250,000 million monthly listeners. The bot has sensors and a camera, but Miko’s most kid-enticing feature is a screen on its head where they can watch content. Notably, Disney, Lingokids, Paramount and Kidoodle.TV have already licensed content to make up its growing library. As part of this latest partnership, though, iHeartMedia is investing US$10.5 million into Miko as part of a Series D funding round that brings the robot company’s valuation up to US$450 million, according to a Miko spokesperson.
