- TOMY subsidiary T-Arts has inked a deal with BBC Studios to manufacture and distribute a first range of Bluey gacha collectibles, which will roll out in capsule toy vending machines throughout Japan later this month. The line includes new key chains featuring Bluey and Bingo, as well as their friends Indy, Muffin, Socks and Snickers.
- Electronics company TCL has teamed up with VIZ Media to launch five new anime-themed FAST channels for TCLtv+ in the US next month. They include TCL Anime and four single-IP channels dedicated to streaming episodes of Naruto, Sailor Moon, Inuyasha and Hunter x Hunter.
- Angel Studios has acquired ownership rights to three of its best-performing series, including a 2D-animated historical show for kids called The Tuttle Twins (44 x 21 minutes). Produced in 2021, this toon is touted as the most-watched TV series on Angel’s streamer and has helped drive more than four million hours of watch-time.
- Hello Einstein Studios has inked a licensing agreement with Teddy Mountain, which will produce a range of Baby Einstein toys next year. Teddy Mountain plans to distribute the products, including DIY kits and plush toys featuring Dean, Tinker, Opus and Gigi, across North America, Europe and Latin America.
- Board game manufacturer Relatable has named Red Planet Group as its new Canadian distributor. It will begin supplying retailers in the region with top-performing family games including What Do You Meme?
