PEOPLE: Bonnier Books hires a children’s group MD

And industry vet Stacey Snider joins FilmNation Entertainment as chief creative officer.

Bonnier Books recruits Anna Bond

Hachette UK exec Anna Bond (pictured) will be starting a new job in April as managing director of the children’s group at Bonnier Books, which owns kids and teen imprints including Autumn Publishing, Hot Key Books, Piccadilly Press and Igloo. Bond previously served as a sales and brand director at Pan Macmillan, where she worked on The Gruffalo, the Julia Donaldson/Axel Scheffler picture book that was adapted for screens by Magic Light Pictures.

Stacey Snider joins FilmNationĀ 

Production/distribution company FilmNation has appointed Stacey Snider as its chief creative officer. She starts in January and will oversee the studio’s slate of movies and series. Snider is a longtime Hollywood executive who has previously served as CEO of DreamWorks and 20th Century Fox. While FilmNation focuses on prestige cinema like Anora, it has also produced family movies such as Gifted (2017) and teen rom-com The Map of Tiny Perfect Things (2021).
