If Roblox is this big now, imagine what it could be if 99% of its titles didn’t look…like Roblox? The company topped off another stellar quarter by revealing its plan to roll out new graphics options that would upscale the looks of its games. We’d already gotten hints that the platform wanted to move in a more visually dynamic direction, but this could be the thing that converts the remaining console-playing holdouts—and for that, readers awarded the platform this week’s Gold Star!
