The Parisian studio's new show didn’t have to choose between linear and YouTube.

Trying to decide between a broadcaster and going digital-first? Why not both! For its new DIY spin-off of The Tinies, French studio MIAM! worked out an arrangement with commissioners Canal+, VRT and RTBF to air the whole show on linear, streaming and YouTube at the same time, giving kids around the world a chance to discover it—which will hopefully lead to more international distribution deals. For its unique approach to YouTube, readers voted to give MIAM! this week’s Gold Star!

Read what we wrote Friday about MIAM!—as well as runners-up Spin Master and Matt Braly and The Monk Studios—right here.
