Entertainment One (eOne) has bolstered the presence of its popular preschool shows Peppa Pig (pictured) and PJ Masks in Northern Europe, both on-air and at retail. Plus Licens currently reps consumer products activities for both properties in the region, and will introduce new categories throughout the rest of the year.

Peppa Pig now airs on terrestrial broadcasters NRK (Norway), DR (Denmark), YLE (Finland) and SVT (Sweden). Meanwhile, PJ Masks, which has been airing on SVT since April in multiple daily time slots, will broaden its reach to Fox in Finland, starting with season one in September.

On the CP front, an expanded publishing program is underway for Peppa Pig in Denmark, and next month will bring the launch of puzzles and games from Clementoni, Amo and Barbo Toys. Plastic bead sets from HAMA and nightlights by Bjorna will also hit retail.

PJ Masks consumer products will launch for the first time this fall. Partners include Skybrands (apparel and home textiles), Clementoni (puzzles), Euromic (back to school), Procos (partyware), Stor (tableware), Amscan (carnival costumers) and Bjorna (nightlights). eOne is in the midst of negotiating a publishing deal for books and a standalone PJ Masks magazine in Denmark and Sweden.
