DHX Media’s multiplatform kids network WildBrain is set to manage Mother Goose Club on YouTube.
The agreement will see WildBrain helm Mother Goose Club’s two flagship YouTube channels, Mother Goose Cluband Mother Goose Club Playhouse, taking over channel management and handling paid media campaigns. Additionally, WildBrain will provide rights management and access to technical support in an effort to boost the brand’s presence by increasing both audiences and ad revenue.
Mother Goose Club features educational programs for preschoolers and is produced by Sockeye Media. In addition to YouTube, Mother Goose Club is distributed on Netflix and Amazon, and broadcasts nationally in the US on local PBS stations.
WildBrain’s deal with Mother Goose Club is the most recent in a run of agreements. In January, WildBrain signed on to exclusively manage Moose Toys’ global YouTube channels based on the toyco’s Shopkins, Happy Places, Grossery Gang and Twozies brands. The network has since inked deals with American Greetings’ Madballs brand and South Korean TUBA n’s short-form CGI series Larva.
