There will be books in Townsville. Scholastic has struck a deal with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to develop books based on Cartoon Network’s TV property The Powerpuff Girls. Scholastic will produce two chapter books (US$3.99 each) starring the crime-fighting girl troika, as well as a Powerpuff sticker book and tattoo book (US$5.99 each). All of the titles will be available in stores for March 2000. SA
