Tel-Aviv-based Zebra Communications is launching the Nursery Channel on November 26, available to all subscribers of Matav, one of Israel's three cable providers. The new preschool channel will air from 6:30 a.m. until 7 p.m., reaching about 275,000 basic cable subscribers....
