Kids might feel less compelled to hit the snooze button on their alarm clocks, especially if they own the Nickelodeon Rugrats Talking Alarm Clock (US$24.99). Released late last month by Long Hall Technologies, the alarm clock ushers children into the day with the Rugrats’ theme song and a message from one of the show’s five main characters-Tommy (‘I kind of like you the way you are’); Chuckie (‘I think we’d better go now’); Angelica (‘Hello, Babies. Whatcha Doing?’); and twins Phil and Lil (‘Hey, whadja do that for?’ and ‘This changes everything’). The Nickelodeon Rugrats Talking Alarm Clock also features a night light that stays lit for six minutes at a time.
