MUNICH: Hamburg, Germany-based TV distributor and entertainment licensor IGELFILM is celebrating its 15th anniversary by going public and changing its name to IGEL MEDIA, and has just secured exclusive rights for 409 new hours of animation and documentaries. IGELFILM licenses the rights for more than 1,000 movies, videos and TV programs, including the ABC Australia production Bananas in Pyjamas. The company specializes in children’s and family entertainment, and holds the licensing rights to 3,700 hours of animation and documentary films.
