Parachute Consumer Products has teamed up with General Mills for a promotion featuring Goosebumps, the best-selling children’s book series and television show. The promotion involves four General Mills fruit snack products and ties in Goosebumps-related products from Scholastic Inc., Fox Home Entertainment and DreamWorks Interactive.

The promotion is set to run to the end of this year. Each of the four General Mills fruit snack products have been designed and packaged with the Goosebumps theme. In addition, 700 Goosebumps products will be offered through the Reading is a Scream sweepstakes, including DreamWorks Interactive CD-ROMs, Fox Home Entertainment videos and libraries of Goosebumps books.

The promotion is supported by television advertising and in-store coverage through customized Goosebumps displays made available to retailers.
