*The King and I and Playmates
Playmates Toys has signed on as the master toy licensee for the animated feature The King and I. The agreement gives Playmates the rights to create a wide range of toys, including dolls, figures, playsets and accessories. The film is produced by Morgan Creek Productions and distributed by Warner Bros. in the U.S. and Morgan Creek internationally.

Warner Bros. Consumer Products has launched a new Looney Tunes licensing program: Baby Looney Tunes Classic Collection. The program, designed for the upmarket retailer, features the characters in softer, pastel-based colors. PLAY*BY*PLAY Toys & Novelties is the master toy licensee.
