The family viewing audience will have a chance to see The Wonderful World of Disney again on Sunday nights when the show returns to television on Disney’s ABC network this fall.
The series launched on ABC more than 40 years ago and became a weekend staple in many North American homes.
The program will begin again on Sept. 21, and will broadcast more than 30 films for the 1997-98 season, including new shows created specifically for The Wonderful World of Disney.
Some of the movies scheduled for broadcast are the animated Pocahontas and The Santa Clause, as well as the broadcast premieres of Babe and Casper.
