As part of a retail strategy to be implemented over the next two years, Discovery Communications will change the name of six to 12 of its The Nature Company stores in the San Francisco area to Discovery Channel Stores. As well as the name change, a revamped and expanded product mix is planned. Following a six month customer test, conversions will continue in the remaining stores in the 113-store chain.
