Tyco Toys, the U.S.’s third-largest toy manufacturer, has placed all of its creative and media advertising business, estimated at $75 million, under one agency roof that of D’Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles, New York.

Tyco had been using two agencies: DMB&B and Bozell Worldwide, also of New York, with Bozell handling the lion’s share of the account.

DMB&B joined the Tyco roster about three years ago

Tyco markets such products as Sesame Street toys, Tyco radio-controlled vehicles and View-Master.
