4Kids Entertainment International, licensing agent for the preschool property Penelope, has licensed apparel company Paul Dennicci to produce a range of kids clothing for the UK market.
The publishing property recently transitioned to TV through Japanese company Nippon Animation, with 52 episodes and two Christmas specials now available. In the UK, the series currently airs on CBeebies.
