Canada’s Youth Media Alliance is hosting a Prix Jeunesse screening party in Toronto on May 16 and 17.
Held at Corus Entertainment’s headquarters, the industry event will screen content from the Prix Jeunesse 2010 library followed by group discussions hosted by Prix Jeunesse Advisory Board Chair David Kleeman. The event will include four hours worth of screening each night.
The programs slated to be showcased at the event include Shine (Japan), Fruity Pie (Taiwan), Poetry Pie (UK), Tikitiklip (Chile), Boxer (Norway), Sigurd and the Opera (Denmark), La Lleva (Colombia), Lord Lucas Vacation (Brazil), Paul and the Dragon (Netherlands), We Are Boys (Netherlands), Merle (Netherlands) and Rohan’s Moustache (India).
