Global entertainment and sport licensing agencies CPLG has promoted Chris Protheroe to president and group managing director. His promotion to the newly created role comes as part of a restructuring following Katarina Dietrich‘s departure as CEO of CPLG after 14 years with the agency.
Protheroe will be responsible for the strategic management and leadership of the business and will be working alongside Steve Manners, who has recently been appointed EVP & director of Entertainment and has responsibility for dealing with existing licensors and acquiring new rights from either existing or new licensors.
On top of serving as a director of CPLG, Protheroe has held the position of MD of CPLG Sport for the last ten years.
