India-based DQ Entertainment has signed a broadcast deal with Noga Communications, Israel’s leading independent television content producer and broadcaster.

Noga, whose broadcast channels include The Children Channel, Channel 8 and Logi Channel, has snapped up broadcast rights to DQE’s 26 x 22-minute CGI series The New Adventures of Peter Pan for a four-year period.

The series, aimed at kids ages six to 10, will be available for broadcast by early 2012 and is being produced by DQE along with ZDF Group (Germany) and Method Animation (France) in association with France Télévisions, De Agostini (Italy) and ATV (Turkey).

As the title suggest, The New Adventures of Peter Pan is an updated take on the iconic story that follows Peter Pan and his journey through Neverland.
