Ex-Cookie Jar vets launch prodco

The guessing game is over. Former Cookie Jar Entertainment execs Pam Slavin and Toni Stevens have resurfaced to launch their own boutique animation studio, Wizard Hat Productions, in partnership with Canadian media heavyweight Bill Fox.
