Toronto, Canada’s The Licensing Shop, on behalf of fellow Canuck 9 Story Entertainment, has forged two new licensing agreements for the boy-skewing series Almost Naked Animals, while appointing Lisle International as the property’s UK licensing agent.

For the US market, The Licensing Shop has signed Freeze, a division of Central Mills, and ABG Accessories. Freeze has secured rights for t-shirts, fashion tops and hoodies in all sizes while ABG will be making cold weather accessories, spring and summer headwear and rainwear including umbrellas and slickers.

Both licensees plan to launch product lines in 2012 and 9 Story Entertainment is set to announce additional partners soon.

Based on the quirky designs of illustrator Noah Z. Jones, Almost Naked Animals is a fast-paced animated comedy featuring a bunch of hospitality-challenged, underwear-clad animals that run a beachfront resort hotel called the Banana Cabana.
