Moonbug Entertainment has partnered with several new licensees to make a consumer products splash for Blippi’s 10th anniversary.
Joining the brand’s merch program and releasing lines later this year are Rebook (footwear) and Bums and Roses (sleepwear). Existing licensees Build-A-Bear Workshop, Tonies (pictured) and Simple Modern (water bottles) also have product refreshes planned for 2024, and master toy partner Spin Master will release new toys and games in 2025.
On the content side of things, Moonbug has partnered with NASA to make a pair of June-dropping episodes that will feature Blippi touring their facilities. He’ll also star in two episodes centering around the Wimbledon Championships in July.
Moonbug is planning to release a recording of live show Blippi: The Wonderful World Tour on YouTube and Hulu in July, as well as launching a 60-minute Halloween special in October. And then a brand-new Blippi series called Go Go Blippi Show, which teaches kids all about vehicles and features brands such as Monster Jam, will launch on YouTube in November.
