- Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine studio has announced that CEO Sarah Harden (pictured left) is stepping down from her role after seven years, and has named the head of direct-to-consumer Maureen Polo (pictured right) as her immediate replacement. Harden will serve as an advisor to Polo into next year to ensure a smooth transition. Some of the upcoming kids projects at the studio include a new live-action adaptation of Goldilocks and the Three Bears with Build-A-Bear Entertainment and a Legally Blonde prequel series called Elle with Prime Video.
- Heathside Trading has hired former Bandai UK managing director Nic Aldridge as the new global head of its Khadou toy division and marketing. Aldridge had served as a consultant at the company since February, helping manage licensed product lines featuring Godzilla, Minecraft, Sonic the Hedgehog and Strawberry Shortcake. He will focus on bolstering Khadou’s presence across several pop culture product categories, including toys, collectibles and trading cards.
