- Bento Box Entertainment co-founder and president of production Joel Kuwahara (pictured) has left the studio after 16 years. Kuwahara’s exit last week marks the end of a founder-driven era, with co-founders Mark McJimsey and Scott Greenberg having previously departed in 2016 and 2023, respectively. Kuwahara oversaw production on Bento Box’s tentpole series Bob’s Burgers, which was renewed for four more seasons in April by studio owner Fox.
- Little Dot Studios has recruited former TikTok and Meta exec Erik Jordan to serve as its VP of content strategy in the US market. Reporting to SVP of commercial operations Ben Arnold, he will focus on supporting the agency’s partners—including Dr. Seuss Enterprises and Sony Pictures Television—by developing marketing campaigns across major social platforms.
