- Jakks Pacific has renewed its worldwide toy deal with Disney Consumer Products until 2029. With the extension secured, the toyco will now focus on developing a range of toys, playsets and dolls for the upcoming theatrical premiere of Frozen 3 on November 24, 2027. Jakks and Disney started doing global business together in 2014 as part of the consumer products program for the first film in the Frozen franchise.
- Fauna Entertainment has signed a deal that will see educational platform Learn360 add 2D-animated preschool series Ben’s World (100 x two minutes) to its content library. Learn360 boasts more than 25 million student users across 33,875 schools in North America. The platform features upwards of 38,000 curated educational videos, as well as interactive games and guides, all working to help kids study math and science.
- The Lumistella Company has partnered with Cineplex for a new family screening program in Canada to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its flagship brand Elf on the Shelf. As part of this agreement, Cineplex will host screenings of feature films An Elf’s Story: The Elf on the Shelf and Elf Pets: Santa’s St. Bernards Save Christmas on November 29 and December 6 in 80 theaters. Guests will be able to purchase exclusive kids combos that come with Elf on the Shelf blind bags and other merchandise.
