Next year, Netflix will fork over more than US$82.7 billion to acquire Warner Bros. films and television studios.

The streamer claims the acquisition will accelerate its business by bolstering its studios and offering consumers greater value, while Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav says the sale ensures that audiences worldwide will be able to enjoy more WB stories for generations to come. Meanwhile, Paramount—the big loser in the bidding process—says the deal will be bad for, well, everybody.

But we want to know how you think this sale will impact the kids entertainment industry. Will it be one less buyer for kids content, or was Warner Bros. already a lost cause on that front? Share your thoughts in the poll below, and we’ll highlight some of the best responses in a follow-up story next week.
