Roblox just kept growing in 2025

The platform’s global revenue hit nearly US$5 billion last year. But which countries’ users spent the most money? And how much did it pay creators?
February 6, 2026

Roblox had another strong year in 2025, with revenue, bookings and daily active users all up significantly. Creators made more than US$1 billion on the platform, and Roblox expects an even stronger 2026.

Here are the top highlights from the company’s Q4 and full-year 2025 financial report:

The bottom line for 2025: At US$4.9 billion, annual revenue was up 36% from 2024. And bookings made an even bigger 55% jump to US$6.8 billion.

Q4 growth: Also up compared to the same period in 2024? Fourth-quarter revenue (by 43% to US$1.4 billion) and bookings (by 63% to US$2.2 billion).

More users: The total number of daily active users on Roblox grew by 69% in Q4 to 144 million. It’s worth noting that the platform isn’t providing specific age demographic data anymore because it’s using an automated facial age-checking system now, rather than asking users how old they are.

Hours engaged: Users spent 35 billion hours on Roblox in Q4 2025, an 88% jump from the same period the prior year. In terms of geography, APAC users logged the most time (11.2 billion hours), followed by rest of the world (9.5 billion), Europe (8.1 billion) and North America (6.3 billion).

But Americans and Canadians spend way more: Interestingly, even though North America lags behind on usage time, players in this region spent the most money on the platform. They were behind US$1.2 billion in Q4 bookings, which is far more than Europe, the next biggest spender at just US$493 million.

More people paying: Roblox saw a huge jump in average monthly unique payers in Q4 2025. This metric was up by 94% to 36.7 million, compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Creators cash in: Roblox game and experience creators earned more than US$1.5 billion in 2025 through the platform’s Developer Exchange program. And the top 1,000 creators earned an average of US$1.3 million, up more than 50% from 2024.

Egypt walks: Unmentioned in the report was the news that Egypt has announced its intention to block Roblox for all users within its borders, joining Russia and several other MENA countries that have either restricted or banned the platform altogether.

Optimistic outlook: Roblox is forecasting revenue of US$1.37 billion to US$1.42 billion in Q1, which would be an increase of 32% to 37% compared to the same quarter last year. And for full-year 2026, it’s predicting 23% to 29% revenue growth to end up at roughly US$6 billion to US$6.2 billion.
