Activision Publishing, together with GameMill Publishing and Cepia, is launching ZhuZhu Pets: Featuring The Wild Bunch, a new video game based on the popular ZhuZhu Pets toy line.

In ZhuZhu Pets: Featuring The Wild Bunch, users will get to care for, and play with, a set of new Wild Bunch friends plus the original ZhuZhu hamsters. The Wii edition has a multi-player feature that will allow families and friends to play together. The initial release of the game comes packaged as a collector’s edition (US$34.99 for the DS, US$39.99 for the Wii version).

The video game will be released this fall on both Nintendo DS and Wii consoles. And for its part, the ZhuZhu Pets toy line recently won three toy industry awards including Toy of the Year, Girl Toy of the Year and Innovative Toy of the Year.
