Nickelodeon Consumer Products has signed a series of gaming deals for its properties with licensees 2K Play, THQ and Activision Publishing.
2K Play is playing off Dora the Explorer’s Big Birthday Adventure for Wii and Nintendo DS with another preschool game Dora’s Cooking Club for Nintendo DS, which will launch from November in the UK, Benelux, Canada, France and Australia.
Also launching from November in Canada, the UK, France, Benelux and Australia is 2K Play and NCP’s preschool exercise video game, Nickelodeon Fit for Wii. The game allows kids to stay active alongside characters like Dora the Explorer, Diego, Kai-Lan and The Backyardigans.
THQ is publishing The Last Airbender video game, based on M Night Shyamalan’s live- action film, across Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Spain, Australia and Italy throughout the summer for Wii and Nintendo DS systems.
Activision Publishing, for its part, is releasing the second game inspired by the live-action show iCarly, iCarly 2: iJoin The Click!, which will be available for Wii and Nintendo DS in Canada, the UK, Benelux, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Germany
