Family Channel reveals fall lineup

Toronto, Canada-based Astral’s Family Channel has unveiled a fall lineup that will see new Canadian programming bow alongside titles from Disney.

Canadian series Connor Undercover from Toronto-based Shaftesbury will premiere on Family Channel on September 17. The spy series follows 15-year-old Connor Heath, whose life is changed when a beautiful president’s daughter is sent, for her own safety, to live with his family.

New Disney shows on Family this fall include the animated comedy series Fish Hooks, live-action comedy Pair of Kings and Shake it Up!, which will premiere later this fall.

Season three of Disney’s comedy The Suite Life on Deck, will bow on Family on September 6 and new episodes will air starting September 10.

Also returning is preschool series Special Agent Oso on September 17. And targeting the same demo is the fourth season of Canadian series The Secret World of Benjamin Bear from Ottawa’s Amberwood Entertainment, which premieres on the net on September 24.
