BBC preschool channel CBeebies is launching a new programming block structure for the Latin American and the US Hispanic market.
The new schedule utilizes the approach pioneered by CBeebies UK, which involves grouping content into four blocks: Tiempo de Despertar (Get Set Go) from 6am to 9am, Tiempo de Descubrir (Discover and Do) from 9am to 2pm, Tiempo de Jugar (Big Fun Time) from 2pm to 7pm and Tiempo de Soñar (Bedtime Hour) running from 7pm to 9pm.
Dubbed completely in Spanish, programs include Wibbly Pig, Get Squiggling and Finley the Fire Engine, which premiered on July 5 on the channel.
